Background
Mohammad Zayed has shipped production systems across TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL and Supabase. Built CRM integrations handling 10K+ daily events, multi-tenant SaaS platforms with row-level security, and AI automation pipelines processing voice and text at scale. GitHub: @northflowstudio.
Engineering philosophy
Start simple, measure before optimising, and keep systems observable. Concrete example: every NorthFlow project ships with PostgreSQL RLS policies on multi-tenant tables before a single feature branch is merged. We prefer boring, proven foundations (Postgres, typed code, clear boundaries) so the interesting work — your product — is where the leverage is. We publish what we learn on our blog.
