NorthFlow Studio was founded in 2024 with a simple observation: most agencies ship websites, but few ship working systems. We saw businesses investing in design without clear paths to revenue, automation, or measurable outcomes.

Today, we operate as a remote-first digital studio distributed across 3 time zones. We accept 2-3 new engagements per quarter to protect quality and outcomes. Every engagement is built around outcomes: more qualified leads, faster operations, better client experiences, and reliable infrastructure.

We do not treat projects as one-off deliverables. We treat them as business assets with clear ownership and a path to extend.

Engagement model

We offer fixed-price for well-scoped projects (MVP, integration, landing page) and time-and-materials for ongoing development, advisory, or systems with evolving requirements. You choose what fits.

Team composition

Typically 1-2 engineers and 1 PM on your account. For larger engagements we bring in specialists (AI/ML, DevOps) as needed. No handoffs to junior staff after the pitch.

Communication cadence

Weekly sync (30-45 min) plus async updates in Slack or Telegram. We respond within 1 business day on Slack/Telegram and schedule strategy calls within 3 business days.

Code ownership & handoff

You own all code, assets and documentation from day one. We ship with a documented architecture, README, and a runbook. If you need to extend or hand off, the next engineer can move fast.
